Description
Living in Niagara Falls I was so excited and looking forward to shooting the eclipse there, unfortunately the weather had other ideas. When April 8th finally came along it was cloudy, after looking at many radars I made the decision at the last minute to drive west until we hit blue skies. We jumped in the truck and drove until we ran out of time(1:55pm) and ended up on a side road on a farmers field in Alymer. I quickly got my gear out and set up and started shooting while admiring in awe what an amazing world we live in! To be able to see the diamond ring and solar prominences while it was happening was truly amazing! It was such an adrenaline rush to be able to witness this event, I understand why people travel to see them now! Next, Spain 2026! I've got goosebumps already!
